The cabeau evolution has a very unique design. When seated this extra padding can push your head more forward making it slightly uncomfortable. The cover 80 percent cotton 20 percent polyurethane is pretty. This one is great because of the clasp in the middle that is adjustable.

The material is soft and comfortable especially since it is a taller neck pillow so it provides more neck support.
